Can I use DealForge with confidential deal data?
Yes. DealForge is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Each deal has isolated data containers. Enterprise plans offer private cloud and on-prem deployment.
Does DealForge replace my analysts?
No. DealForge generates first drafts and automates mechanical tasks. Your team still does the judgment work — strategy, client relationships, negotiation. They just spend less time formatting and more time thinking.
What happens to my data? Does it train your AI?
Your deal data is never used to train our models. Period. Each bank's data is isolated. Enterprise customers can use customer-managed encryption keys (CMEK) and choose their data residency region.
How long does onboarding take?
Starter: same day. Professional: 1-2 weeks (includes template customization). Enterprise: 4-8 weeks (includes security review, on-prem deployment, and custom AI training on your historical deals).
Can I integrate with Bloomberg and Capital IQ?
Professional and Enterprise plans include Bloomberg and S&P Capital IQ integrations. DealForge can pull comparable company data, precedent transactions, and market data directly into your documents and models.
What about information barriers (Chinese walls)?
Enterprise plan includes technical information barrier enforcement. Each deal has a completely isolated data container. The AI for Deal A cannot access any data from Deal B. Full audit trails for all data access.
